I've *sprung* into March! 🌸

TGIF! How are you all doing tonight? It's Lisa, who is finally back at her blog to make a post. I know I said I'd continue to post more frequently rather than infrequently...but life gets in the way of things sometimes. But most importantly I am back, here, and ready to write some things down. Or out. 😜

So, it's finally my favorite month of the year, which is March! It's the month of spring and my birthday. This year it'll be the one where I turn the big 3-0. Woah. Even I can hardly believe it myself! I'm like, a legit adult. I have been since I was 18, of course, but once you've made it past say...25, you are so not a teen anymore. However, I am very happy to not be a teenager anymore, because I'm absolutely content with being an adult and being where I am in my life. I've got a job, I've graduated college, I have a potential life partner by my side. It's the beauty of these things which makes being an adult so much fun! There's just many things to look forward to in life in general, but especially once you've closed a chapter of this past decade. I'm not afraid of turning 30! Bring it on, world! But only on March 21, because that is my actual birth date after all. ☺

Speaking of work and my love life, both are doing extremely well, thank god! We are nearing my annual passover break at work, which is what you'd consider my spring break, which is in April. So it's another month or so away...but we're getting closer! And after every busy week of work I always have, I sure do need that break. 😅 This past Valentine's Day with my boyfriend was really special and we ate dinner at this awesome restaurant in Franklin Square, NY. Long Island has got the places to be when it comes to fine dining, I must say. In 'general life stuff' - I've been watching this splendid kdrama, Twenty Five, Twenty One, starring the *handsome* Nam Joo-hyuk and adorable Kim Tae-ri and it's on Netflix, so I'm watching it as it premieres each weekend, and it's the sweetest most heartwarming drama you'll watch this year...so far, anyway. 🤭 Definitely go check it out! It spans an entire time frame between the years 1998 thru 2021 (well, technically 2022 I suppose, not so sure - but present day) so it's kinda different than what I usually watch, even though it's another rom-com type of show. Just check it out, you'll thank me later. 😉

In kpop, lots of new releases have come out recently! One that I'm featuring in this post is Cherry Bullet with their second mini album, 'Cherry Wish', and it's title track, "Love In Space", which is amazing. 😍 I also love Rocket Punch's "CHIQUITA" & STAYC's "RUN2U". You'll see the youtube links posted below as well! And speaking of posting - I got a haircut earlier last month, so I posted some pics of me in it, and a new blouse, at the front page of my blog, so please have a look! Tomorrow I am planning on being with my boyfriend and taking it easy after a long, long work week. I hope you'll all enjoy this weekend as well and I'll be back with another post by the time I turn 30. I will try, anyway. 😝 I hope you'll wait for me and for that, I'm truly appreciative, so I'll be back to writing here very soon! Enjoy your weekend, y'all. 😎

💖 Lisa.
