"That's our 'Queendom' - yeah!"

Oh wow...have I not posted in one whole week?! Sheesh! These days just keep on passing me by, that I did not even realize it. But I'm here to make a new entry now so all is well!

How was everyone's past week been? Last week, it was an extremely smooth week for it being my first one back at work after vacation. I'm still so pleasantly surprised & satisfied about that! Remember that heatwave I've mentioned about? Well, we sure had one here in NYC. 🥵 As a girl who loves the summer season, I'm always down for some enjoyable and relaxing heat...but not this kind - the kind where you feel the heat on your face and entire body! My poor face was all red just after taking a little walk one afternoon. 🤭 It's that kind of extremely uncomfortable heat that makes me wish the season was over...but it's cooled down since then, and we're at pleasant temps, so that's good. 🙂 I've actually gotten my first dose of the Covid vaccine last Friday! Yeah, I might've pushed it off for all this time, but it's something that needed to be done. And to think I was so worried about how I'd feel after getting it...I felt completely fine! Aside from a sore arm for one day - there was no other side effects, thank god, so that made me feel super great about getting it done! My second dose will be in a few weeks from now. I'm hoping I'll feel just as fine at that time, too. Please get vaccinated to ensure you are protected from this virus! (PSA time is now over 📣)

Today's new kpop release is a very long-awaited one. After nearly two (long) years - Red Velvet are BACK with a new mini album! It's their 6th one, and it's titled Queendom. These 5 girls *truly* are like royalty and we waited so long for them to come back! I'm in love with the title track & video. I shall get to listening to the entire album a little later. 😉 If I had to choose my two favorite looks of this video, I'd say it's Irene & Joy. 💕 But they are all looking so lovely and so happy together again. Trust me when I say that I have this video on repeat! Maybe you will too after watching it - down below. 👇🤗
