Lisa's back!!! And she should've been back a long, long time ago...considering my last blog entry was in June. 🙈 I'm so bad at being consistent with this! But being busy, each and every day, at work surely doesn't help. Thankfully, I am now on summer vacation! Have been since last Friday. The day before, that Thursday, was a nightmare being stuck inside the office all day. By the time I've gotten home it was already close to 11PM! Needless to say, once I got home, my head went straight to the pillow. 😴 Yeah, last week was insane.
This week, so far, is going incredibly smoothly! I just got back from my annual check-up at the doctor's and all is good. 👍 I was out with my fiance for the past two days and we enjoyed a nice time out in the suburbs & away from the hustle and bustle of New York City. Long Island is beautiful. We went bowling and, of course, I was beaten to a pulp by my fiance because I absolutely suck at bowling. I'm not ashamed to admit it! 😝 Although, my highest score did come out to 82 points! That's not so bad, is it? 🤷🏼♀️ (Be honest...🤭) ANYWAY! Most importantly we had tons of fun simply being together and having fun with the activity, itself, so all is well. We also went out to have lovely lunches & dinners, together, which we enjoyed just as much.
Outside of things, on my own back at home, I'm simply relaxing and getting as much rest as possible! Before you know it, the vacation will be over, and I just wanted to 'pamper' myself and treat myself as much as possible. There's nothing quite like having the time to simply treat yourself, forget about work responsibilities, and absorb the season of the summer. 😊 I've been packed with kpop goodies to listen to, which I will post links for down below.
